GENERAL INFORMATION

 

We rent the facility from 12 noon to 12 midnight. Morning access is negotiable.

​

We provide tables and chairs and a commercial kitchen for food service by your caterers.

Tables and chairs are provided at no charge.

We will setup tables in any layout of your preference. See Ballroom diagram HERE.

We will break down tables and chairs afterwards at no extra cost. 

​

Our inventory consists of:

​

• 60 round tables - Dimensions: 5ft in diameter - Ideal for 8 guests
• 30 rectangular tables - Dimensions: 2.5ft x 8ft 

• 500 padded chairs

​

You provide the catering and bar service. No additional kitchen or corkage fee. 

​

Caterers are welcome to use kitchen (stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, etc.). Certain restrictions apply.

​

DEPOSIT

 

We require a $1,000 deposit to secure the date for your event, which is refundable after your event is concluded, providing we encounter no damages or violation to the VENUE RULES.

 

WEDDING LIABILITY INSURANCE

 

A $1,000,000 General Liability Policy naming the Masonic Temple Association as an “Additional Insured” is required.

Please obtain your Wedding Liability Insurance through WedSafe.

 

This is a top wedding insurance program which provides a comprehensive liability insurance policy. This coverage is primary for both you and our venue. 

​

SECURITY

​

The venue requires security personnel, which we will book for you. 
Charges are $350 for two guards from 6 pm until midnight.

If less than 150 guests, you will only need one guard ($175.).
