“Unless exempt pursuant to Section 5.108.040, it is unlawful for any person to provide or permit any entertainment that is     open to the public without an entertainment permit issued pursuant to this chapter.”  Therefore, if your event is open to the public, you must obtain a Special Entertainment Permit. The Permit Application process may take as long as 45 days, so allow enough time so that the permit is available to us 30 days in advance of the event.  Part A of the Application will require our approval and signature.  Part B of the Application will require information from us on the company providing security.
