We rent the facility from 12 noon to 12 midnight but the event must end by 11:00 PM.
No exceptions. You will have one hour for the breakdown. Ask us about Monday pickup time.
We provide tables and chairs and a commercial kitchen for food service by your caterers.
Tables and chairs are provided at no charge.
We will set up tables in any layout of your preference. See the Ballroom diagram HERE.
We will break down tables and chairs afterward at no extra cost.
Our inventory consists of:
You provide the catering and bar service. No additional kitchen or corkage fee.
Caterers are welcome to use the kitchen (stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, etc.). Certain restrictions apply.
We require a $1,000 deposit to secure the date for your event, which is refundable after your event is concluded, providing we encounter no damages or violation of the VENUE RULES.
A $1,000,000 General Liability Policy naming the Masonic Temple Association as an “Additional Insured” is required.
Please obtain your Liability Insurance through WedSafe.
This is a top wedding insurance program that provides a comprehensive liability insurance policy. This coverage is primary for both you and our venue.
The venue requires security personnel, which we will book for you.
