We rent the facility for a period of 12 hours (minimum).
We provide tables and chairs and a commercial kitchen for food service by your caterers.
Tables and chairs are provided at no charge.
We will setup tables in any layout of your preference. See Ballroom diagram HERE.
We will break down tables and chairs afterwards at no extra cost.
Our inventory consists of:
You provide the catering. No additional kitchen or corkage fee.
Caterers are welcome to use kitchen (stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, etc.). Certain restrictions apply.
We require a $1,000 deposit to secure the date for your event, which is refundable after your event is concluded, providing we encounter no damages or violation to the VENUE RULES.
A $1,000,000 General Liability Policy naming the Masonic Temple Association as an “Additional Insured” is required.
The venue requires security personnel, which we will book for you.
